Custom Production Service

1. Initial Consultation

Submit Your Request: Reach out via our Production Request Form or email with details about your project, including the style, mood, and any reference tracks you like.
Discuss Details: We'll schedule a brief consultation to understand your vision, preferred instruments, tempo, and other specifics.

2. Quotation & Payment

Receive a Quote: Based on your requirements, we’ll provide a detailed quote.
Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. You will receive an invoice to pay deposit. The balance is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.
Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and cash.

3. Production Process

Draft Creation: Our team will create a rough draft of your instrumental and send it for your review.
Feedback & Revisions: You can request up to three rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Timeline

Estimated Delivery: The first draft will be delivered within five days after the deposit is received.
Final Delivery: After revisions are approved and the balance is paid, final files will be delivered within three days.

5. Final Deliverables

File Formats: You'll receive your instrumental in WAV and MP3 formats. Additional formats available upon request.
Stems/Trackouts: Individual tracks and/or stems can be provided in WAV format, according to the agreement.

6. Rights & Usage

License Agreement: You will receive a custom non-exclusive or exclusive license based on our agreement, detailing your rights to the instrumental.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Quality Assurance: We ensure the highest quality production, but if you're not satisfied after the final delivery, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll work to resolve any issues.
