Mixing Service

1. Initial Submission

• Fill out the Service Request Form and choose the ideal package for your project
• Upload Your Tracks: Submit your project files through our Service Request Form. Ensure all stems and files are properly labeled and organized.
• Project Details: Include information about your desired sound, reference tracks, and any specific instructions or notes for the mix.

2. Review and Payment

• Inquiry received: After reviewing your project, we’ll provide a detailed report to make sure we’re the right fit for you 
• Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the mixing process. You will receive an invoice to pay the deposit. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final mix. 
• Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp and cash.

3. Mixing Process

• Initial Mix: We will create the first mix based on your instructions and submit it for your review.
• Feedback & Revisions: You can request up to five rounds of mix revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Timeline

•  Mixing: The initial mix will be delivered within seven days after receiving all files and the deposit. 

5. Final Deliverables

• File Formats: You’ll receive the final mix in WAV, MP3, and any other requested formats.
• Alternate Versions: Instrumental, acapella, or clean version can be provided upon request.

6. Rights & Usage

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your music, with our services providing professional enhancement and industry-standard quality.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Quality Assurance: We strive for excellence in every project. If you’re not satisfied with the final product, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll work to address your concerns.
